Job Description

Benchmark International is looking for an experienced and driven Systems Administrator to supplement the support of our rapid addition of offices across the globe. As an Administrator, you will work out of our US Headquarters in Tampa, FL to service our growing number of domestic and international offices.  The Administrator will help with the day to day management of a number of systems, such as our CRM (Salesforce), phone system (Cisco), marketing systems, MS Office, and basic hardware needs.  The Administrator will also be involved in the continued evolution of all of our internal systems moving forward.

Job Responsibilities

Your experience throughout the years will be a great resource for the Benchmark team.  As the Systems Administrator you will work closely with and report directly to the Managing Directors of both our Systems and Marketing departments.

Your specific duties as an Administrator will include:

  • Overall day to day management of our Salesforce CRM which may include technical support for reported bugs, creation of custom reports, management of the data (Contacts/Accounts/Opportunities), and troubleshoot custom workflows and triggers
  • Assist with user licensing assignments and permissions
  • Provide continued user adoption support and training for new employees
  • Assist with Pardot campaigns (Pardot experience is preferred)
  • Support new employee onboarding
  • Assist with Webinars (set up, execution, reporting)
  • Assist with basic hardware issues (troubleshoot PCs, phones, and common programs such as MS Office)
  • Take part in our continued technology development cycles for our US and International offices
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

As an Administrator, you must be highly energetic and passionate individual with a positive and highly motivated 'can do' attitude. You must have the strong desire and ambition to succeed in this hugely rewarding industry. It is also vital for your role as an Administrator that you possess excellent verbal and written communication, analytic, mathematical, and interpersonal skills as well as presentation abilities.

Specific qualifications for the Systems Administrator include: 

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Additional Salesforce Certifications (preferred)
  • Basic technical hardware knowledge
  • Pardot knowledge/certifications (preferred)
  • Experience in design and implementation of CRM (preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Proficient in common computer programs such as excel, word, powerpoint, office
  • Basic domain management (preferred)
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Ability to work independently on multiple projects
  • Availability for occasional travel
